Taking Customer Service to the Next Level… HomeBlog

Bellamy Homes is constantly looking for ways to take customer service to the next level. We believe this one takes the cake and customers have already told us they love it. It is called “HomeBlog” and is part of the recently released blog section on our website. Each customer gets their own blog page where we keep them informed with news, photos, and updates about their home. The best part is out of town customers who are normally in the dark about what is happening with their new home, now feel included in the process. “Its surprising how quick our home came together” is a common customer comment.  HomeBlog documents the whole process and allows them to look back over the building process.

HomeBlog has other great advantages:

  • Getting ready to hang a picture or finish your basement… review old pictures to see where plumbing is run in the walls or make sure you don’t hit a wire
  • Share your experience with friends and family
  • Up to the minute information about the progress of your new home
  • Save time by looking at pictures online rather than having to drive out to the new community to see your home
  • Remember back to what your lot looked like before the house was built, review old pictures

This new service combined with our industry leading availability through our On-Call Service put no question in our customers minds that we are the best at meeting their needs. Their notes, thank you cards, and praise for the company are testimate to the fact that these programs are working.  Each customer receives a unique webpage and password to access their own page.  We have created a sample page (without password protection) to give folks an idea of what a typical HomeBlog page looks like.
